Drawing Levels & Pricing For Sequential Art Commissions

I'm going to be perfectly honest with you, I don't have a ton of experience drawing sequential art - at least sequential art that looks good anyway (see the Comic Graveyard in My Art Gallery...).  My skills are now at a point where I can do it; I just haven't been put to the test yet.
