 Shipping Policy

 

My goal is to ship the art you have purchased directly to you.  My time during the week is limited, but I will make every effort to get the finished work to you in about 3-5 Business Days.  If there’s any delay, I will reach out to you as soon as possible.

 

Any orders less than $50.00 will require a flat shipping fee of $20.00.  Any orders greater than $50.00 will qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

 

Once your order is shipped, the condition of your order is in the hands of the shipping service.  NICKOLA COMIC ART LLC will not accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. 

 

Since I’m operating this small business by myself, I am unable to offer free replacements.  However, if your package does become lost, stolen, or damaged, reach out to me and we will figure something out.

 

You will receive a tracking number to your email address when the shipping label is printed. Please check the tracking page regularly to ensure safe delivery of your items. You are responsible keeping an eye on the information and collecting your delivered package in a timely manner.

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

All sales are final.  Because of the nature of my small business, NICKOLA COMIC ART LLC does not accept free returns or exchanges.
